THE WORLD is facing a series of interlinked crises which threatens billions of people and could cause the collapse of civilization.
Climate change, pollution, food shortages, diseases, wars, disasters, crime and the recession are all conspiring to ravage the globe and threaten the future of humanity.
Democracy, human rights and press freedom are also suffering.
We can either be overwhelmed by what we are faced with or we can make changes and manage our individual lives differently and take sustainability into account in all we do: drive hybrid cars, live in solar powered homes, eat locally grown food and so on. Let's get together and save our Earth because good planets are hard to find; just ask Stephen Hawking.
There is plenty of hope for the future , if we all work together and get started today.

My message is to not give-up but to get started doing your part to halt Global Warming and create a more sustainable lifestyle for yourself. We humans are all in a great battle to save our Planet. To do this we must work together and change our individual habits and push politically to force governments to change by making sustainability a priority in economic decisions and policy making matters.
Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.
